The multi-purpose Allsource Siphon Abrasive Blasting Gun Kit can be used with liquids for cleaning, or dry abrasives for abrasive blasting jobs. Kit includes compact, lightweight cast aluminum blast gun, pick up tube, 10ft. blast hose, two 1/4in. nozzles with air jet, and two 13/64in. nozzles with air jet. Use with aluminum oxide, glass bead, coal slag, steel grit, walnut shells and other common abrasives in 20 to 80 grit size. Simply stick the abrasive pick up tube into any type of abrasive container and you're ready to blast.

  1. What is the required CFM for this item?

    1. My compressor is 11.3 cfm at 90 psi with a 60 gallon tank and it works fine. I do not know what the minimum cfm is.

    2. This unit requires 11 CFM's for a 3/8" hose and 10 CFM's for 1/4" hose.

  2. Would like to know what is the OD of the nozzles used on this gun. Thanks

    1. The blasting kit comes with three nozzles that have 1/4" orifices. Other nozzles that work with this kit are sold separately. Please see item 155511 and 155513 for the nozzle kits in other sizes.

  3. My compressor is new and very adequate. But why is my gun not siphoning the media that I have. It’s coal media.

    1. The blasting gun kit will require 7-15 CFM at 80 PSI depending on the nozzle used. It is recommended to drain all water from the air tank and use a filter and an air dryer when using the kit.
