  1. Can you disengage the chain drive and manually pull the trolley along the beam (free Wheel it) when a load is not applied to the hoist that will be connected to this trolley?

    1 answer

    1. There is no freewheel option on the geared trolleys. The only way to make it freewheel is that you would have to take off the handwheel and remove the drive shaft gear, thus acting as a standard push trolley.

  2. What size of I beam would you recommend this device to go with, Flange x Height X thickness? Do you have 30-ton and same question?

    1. The 20 ton trolley requires a beam height of 9.96" and the flange width is adjustable from 5.39" to 12.99".
      The 30 ton trolley requires a beam height of 15.35" and the flange width is adjustable from 5.83" to 12.99".
