The GPI® Fuel Transfer Pump is a safe and easy way to dispense gasoline, diesel fuels or kerosene. Features a rotary gear design that's made from lightweight yet durable cast aluminum. The 115V AC motor delivers flow rates up to 12 GPM. Ideal for stationary locations in fleet, agriculture or industrial applications. Includes manual unleaded nozzle, fuel hose and adjustable suction pipe. Motor is UL listed; CSA certified.

  1. Is this pump waterproof and can it be mounted outdoors on a 275 gallon oil tank to pump #2 fuel oil.

    1. The pump can be outdoors. You can pump #2 fuel oil with this pump.

  2. What is the maximun length the suction tube can extend to?

    1. The suction pipe supplied has a variable length of 22 to 40 inches (56 to 102 cm). If additional length is needed, use the 15 inch (38 cm) Suction Pipe Extension, part # 115527-2 which can be purchased through GPI direct.

  3. What is the difference between a manual and an automatic nozzle?

    1 answer

    1. The automatic nozzle has a sensor that detects when the tank is full and will automatically shut off , the same as the gas pumps at the gas station do. With a manual nozzle you would need to monitor when the tank is full and stop pumping the fuel yourself.
