    1. The pump will not automatically shut off when the tank is full. You would need to monitor it and shut it off manually.

  3. How do I keep the crystals from contaminating in the hose ?

    1. Currently there is no built-in solution to prevent crystal contamination in the hose during DEF transfer. However, regular maintenance and proper storage can significantly reduce the risk.

  5. Currently 20 units in fleet that require DEF. Can the power switch to pump be left on 24 hours a day or does it need to be shut off in between uses? Or another way to phrase it: Will pump burn up if power is left on 24 hrs/day between uses?

    1. The power switch needs to be shut off after use to prevent the pump from burning up.

  6. Is there anyway to connect a printer to the pump to print individual gallons per piece of equipment?

    1. The FuelWorks DEF Transfer Pump Kit (Model 58095) does not come with built-in functionality to connect a printer for printing individual gallons per piece of equipment. However, you can consider using an external flow meter with a data logging feature that can be connected to a printer. This setup would allow you to track and print the amount of DEF dispensed.

    1. The seal materials are mostly flourorubber. The diaphragm materials is EPDM(Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer) for this DEF transfer pump kit.
