Which replacement nozzles work with this cabinet.

There are two kits available for replacement nozzles for this cabinet. The first is a 6 millimeter kit consisting of 3 nozzles plus a O-ring (our part number 527350). The second is a 7 millimeter kit consisting of 3 nozzles plus a O-ring (our part number 527351).

can this model blast cabinet do soda as media or just glass and sand?

This product can not be used with soda. It is intended to be used with aluminum oxide, glass bead, garnet, walnut shells, corn cob and plastic grit. Please see item 155665 for a soda blaster.

No, soda cannot be used. The Monster Blast Cabinet is a siphon cabinet and does not generate enough velocity to make soda an effective cleaning material. This cabinet is recommended for use with abrasives such as glass bead, aluminum oxide, garnet, corn cob to name a few. Sand is never recommended due to health concerns with the silica dust.

Are the consumables available at Northern tool? ie nozzles and glass protectors?

The machine comes with extra nozzles and glass protection. However, I have not tried to buy additional spares.

Where can I find the lights for this cabinet?
I have been to two lighting stores and neither of them have these lights. The lights from the cabinet do not have any markings on them that I can use to search for a supplier. Do you have the light specs?

Is this a full standalone system or does it require other components?
Do you need to hook this blast cabinet up to any other components or it stands and works on its own? Thank you.

It would require being connected to an air compressor and requires a minimum of 15-20 CFM at 80 PSI.
