    1. No, the switch itself must be installed indoors. Only the outlet box where you plug in your generator can be outside.

    1. The Reliance Generator Transfer Switch Kit (Model 306CRK) is designed to handle generators with a continuous output of up to 7,500 watts. Since your Westinghouse generator produces 9,500 running watts and 12,500 starting watts, this transfer switch would not be suitable for your generator’s full capacity.

    1. Model #K2F06 is the flush mount kit for 306CRK. At this time Northern Tool does not offer the flush mount kit for the transfer switch.

  10. i have 200 amp service, can this be installed between commercial power and my panel?

    1. The transfer switch would need to be connected inside, directly beside your breaker panel. The transfer switch has 6 circuits that you would directly connect to the individual breakers in your panel that you want to run on the generator. It would not have anything connecting between the commercial power.
