Product Summary

This NorthStar® Soft Wash Kit includes essential NorthStar components for creating your own high-quality soft wash system -- get a safer, easier, more effective way to remove black mold, mildew, moss and dirt from roofs, siding, decks, fences and more. Simply add your own chemical tank and a 12 Volt battery to attach to your trailer or skid. The NorthStar Soft Wash Kit delivers high-performance, low-impact cleaning with no scrubbing or high pressure required. This patent-pending system uses water, NorthStar Max Cling soft wash surfactant (Item#s 81297 and 81298, sold separately) and common household bleach to create the ultimate cleaning solution. Plus, it features exclusive patent pending Motor Armor technology to automatically shut the pump off if a leak is detected, protecting the motor from damage and allowing a quick, low-cost pump cartridge replacement (one replacement cartridge included). With the included 40° fan tip and long-throw nozzles, you can cover large areas, high peaks, roofs and soffits up to 28ft.H safely without using a ladder. Add the telescoping extension wand, Item# 81140 (sold separately) for extending your reach up to 52ft.H. Kit requires chemical tank, 12 Volt battery and trailer or skid (none included).

  1. WHAT % OF BLEACH CAN BE RAN THROUGH THIS PUMP

    1. This sprayer can be used with household bleach (6% sodium hypochlorite concentration). The mixing ratios for soft washing can be found in the product manual, located on the product webpage, on page 21.

  2. We do roof soft washing would this 4gpm allow me to spray roofs 30ft up on a ladder or would it have priming issues.
