  2. Is this safe to use on vinyl siding? And would it be used with Northstar's Max Cling or in place or it with the bleach?

    1. This solution is safe for vinyl siding, but it is designed for use on a roof. This is an additive for bleach, it would not be used with the NorthStar Max Cling surfactant.
