The NorthStar e420 EFI Horizontal OHV Engine with Electric Start is designed for the most demanding commercial applications. The 1000-hour engine provides enough power to run a wide range of equipment, including log splitters and pressure washers. This engine is reliable, easy starting and meets EPA emission standard levels across 49 states. The NorthStar e420efi is a great replacement engine for: Honda: GX340, (389cc), GX390, (389cc), Briggs & Stratton: XR1650, (420cc), XR2100, (420cc), Kohler: CH440, (429cc), ECH440, (429cc), ECH440LE, (429cc), Powerhorse: 420cc Yamaha: MZ360, (357cc), MX360, (358cc), MX400, (402cc).

    1. This engine will not run E15, E30 or E85 ethanol. The fuel used should not contain more than 10% ethanol.
