Product Summary

The Klutch Plasma Cutter is like 2 plasma cutters in 1. The cutter can be used anywhere there is 120 Volt or 230 Volt power. This unit cuts all electrically conductive materials. The pilot arc sustains the arc for cutting expanded metals and fencing. This unit includes a 12ft. torch, 10ft. ground cable/clamp, 6.5ft., 230V power cord with attached NEMA 6-50P plug and 2ft., 120V adapter cord assembly, extra electrodes and extra nozzles. Wide 15A–45A output adjustment allows for fine tuning amperage. Continuous pilot arc is ideal for use cutting expanded metals, highly rusted metals and fencing. The water separator provides longer-lasting life for consumables. Makes clean cuts up to 11/16in. (230V), 5/32in. (120V) and severs up to 7/8in. (230V), 5/16in. (120V). 12ft. plasma torch and 10ft. ground cable extend the work area reach. Clean, narrow kerf produces a small heat-affected area and minimal warping. Easy-to-follow indicator lights make troubleshooting simple. Duty cycle: 35% @ 23 Amps (120V), 50% @ 45 Amps (230V). CSA approved.

    1. This unit is designed to cut up to 11/16" steel at a travel speed of 10 inches per minute when operating on 230V AC power. Use the included adapter cord to run this unit off 120V AC power for a cutting capacity on steel of up to 1/4" at a travel speed of 10 inches per minute.
