Will this machine support a spool gun for aluminum? If so what is the part numer?

This welder is not designed to accept a spool gun. However, it can be used to TIG weld aluminum with the AC output.

What is the recommended breaker amperage to run this machine with the 230 volt input power?

When running the unit on 120V, a 20 amp breaker is recommended. When running the unit on 230V, a 50 amp breaker is recommended.

The manual says that there is a "Save/Load" button and that you can select the "Save/Load channel", but I don't see that button in the product photos. Does this machine have memory slots, and if so, how many channels/slots does it have?

Does the foot pedal adjust the amperage up and down while you are welding or is it a ON/OFF switch?

The foot pedal adjusts the output current. When stepped on, it will increase the welding current to the maximum current set by the panel. When the pedal is released, the welding current is reduced to the arc breaking.

Will this run 6010 rod effectively?

The amperage output for 120V would allow the use of 3/32" 6010 rods. The amperage output for 240V would allow the use of 3/32", 1/8" and 5/32" 6010 rods.
