    1. The minimum distance form the garage door would be 10-12 inches. The clearance from side walls would be approximately 12-24 inches. You would need to allow walk through space all around it. The unit has an overall width of 145.25 inches. Your bay must be wide enough to accommodate this plus clearance on both sides for safe operation. The concrete must be at least 5.9 inches thick and have a 3000 PSI rating.

  3. Does it lock on both sides with just one release

    1. This vehicle lift has a dual-point safety lock release. The locks must manually release from both columns of the lift to lower the vehicle.

    1. The lift is not designed for outdoor installation, it can only be installed indoors.

  7. Need to know about the anker bolts.. like hole depth, width of hole needed.

    1. The drill bit to be used should be 3/4 inch, and the anchor bolt is 6.3 inches long. The hole should be at least 5.9 inches deep.
