This 11,000-lb. capacity Tuxedo 2-Post Electric/Hydraulic Vehicle Lift is a versatile, user-friendly lift with bi-symmetric configurable arms and a load of other features that will make it the most useful lift in the garage. Includes spin-up pads with 2in. and 4in. stackable truck adapters. Item too large for lift gate. Requires forklift on site for unloading. This item is delivered by LTL enclosed van carriers Monday--Friday. A forklift is required to offload the lift from a dock-height trailer.

  1. What is the bolt mounting dimensions? Putting radiant heat in the slab and need to know where to avoid to make way for the lift.

  2. what do we need to anchor it to the floor

    1. Concrete shall have compression strength of at least 3,000 PSI and a minimum thickness of 4-1/4” in order to achieve a minimum anchor embedment of 3-1/4”. When using the standard supplied 3/4” x 5-1/2” long anchors, if the top of the anchor exceeds 2-1/4” above the floor grade, you do not have enough embedment.

  3. Do you have to have a certain amount of concrete to have these installed?

    1. The lift would need to be installed on a concrete floor with a minimum thickness of 4 1/4" and a minimum compressive strength of 3000 PSI.

    1. The overall height of the lift is 144". The minimum height would be 12 feet.
