  4. Can this be started with the key only or do you have to flip the air release to start it? I want to mount it on the top of my box. I would like to move the starter switch but I can’t move the pressure release.

    1. There is a stem on the unloader valve you would flip to release the pressure. You can then manually start it or if the battery is attached you can start it with the key switch. The manufacturer does not offer a remote starter switch.

    1. To mount this air compressor, 1/2" bolts are recommended. The bolt holes are 21" center to center long and 13.437" center to center deep.

    1. The owners manual has a full page description on connecting the battery with diagrams on page 4. The manual is on this product page of the Northern web site in the form of an Adobe PDF file. Just click on the Manual PDF file (red) icon and go to page 4. The instructions are easy to follow.

  10. what is the scfm at 90 psi?

    I use a small nozzle for soda or glass blasting, but don't want to blast at 175 psi, but need as much cfm as possible at 90. I will trailer mount the compressor.
