  3. What size electric wire and breaker required for a service line

    1. The welder would require a 50 amp breaker and 6 AWG wire at 240 volts. It would require a 30 amp breaker with 10 gauge copper wiring for 120 volts.

    1. You would not be able to TIG weld aluminum with the Hobart Handler 200. It only has DC TIG capabilities.

    1. The MIG and Flux core are two separate processes. It would be recommended to use solid wire with shielding gas for MIG and Flux Core Wire for Flux core welding.

    1. The SpoolRunner 100 spool gun does come with its own rugged plastic carrying case. This makes it convenient to transport and store the spool gun along with its accessories.
