  1. is the burner box made of stainless steel ? what is the efficiency rating ? does 10 year warranty cover the burner box ?

    1. The burner box is not made of stainless steel. It would be made of sheet metal that is coated. The efficiency rating is 83-86%. The 10 year warranty would cover the burner box, as long as it is not installed in an area where there would be moisture.

  3. How much square footage does this cover

    1. On average, a 100,000 BTU heater can heat up to 2,500 square feet; however, there are a number of factors which can influence how effectively it heats. Please see the BTU calculation below:

      1. How large is the area being heated in cubic feet? Calculate area dimensions (Length x Width x Height) = Total Cubic Feet

      2. What is the desired temperature increase to be gained by the heater? Calculate (Desired temperature(with Heater) - Area temperature(without heater)) = Desired Temperature Increase

      3. Calculate the BTU's required to achieve desired temperature. Calculate ((Total Cubic Feet x .133) x Desired Temperature Increase) = BTU's Required

  4. Do I need electricity? Does it have a thermostat?

    1. This does require 120 volt AC power. A thermostat is not included. This heater can use either a line voltage thermostat or a 24 volt thermostat.
