Dual Fuel Garage Heaters
Dual-fuel garage heaters offer you the flexibility and economy you need to keep your workspace warm at all times. There’s nothing worse than working in the cold when you can’t wear gloves to perform your tasks, and yet your hands won’t warm up. These heaters will help keep your garage, and you, warm and comfortable on the coldest days.
This lineup includes several dual-fuel garage heaters, including radiant heaters that come ready to burn natural gas but include a kit to convert the heater to burn propane. A great example is a dual-fuel low-intensity radiant tube garage heater that produces 100,000 BTUs and burns either natural gas or propane. This heater delivers direct line-of-sight radiant heat to floor-level objects and heats surrounding air to the desired temperature. The sealed burner box includes an underside burner sight glass. The burner box comes set up for natural gas and includes a propane conversion kit. This dual-fuel heater works with either a 30ft. tube set or a 40ft. set also offered by Northern Tool.
Another excellent example of a radiant dual-fuel heater that burns either natural gas or propane is a unit that produces 150,000 BTUs. This garage heater includes all of the same features described above, except that it works with a 50ft. or 60ft. tube set offered here at Northern Tool.
You’ll also find more variations of these dual-fuel garage heaters, including those that produce 40,000; 60,000; 80,000; 125,000; or 150,000 BTUs. Among the other lengths of tubes offered here are 10ft. and 20ft. units.
