No this is just the guide rail

You would be able to connect two 10 inch guides together to cut 20 inch logs. You would need the connector kit, item 11882 to connect them together.

This is just a guide rail to use with the sawmills. The sawmills are what you need with your chainsaw to make lumber from a log. The sawmills are, item #58037 for use with up to a 36" chainsaw bar, item #58035 for use with up to a 24" chainsaw bar and item #58036 for use with up to a 30" chainsaw bar.

This is just the guide bar for use with the Granberg sawmills. See item #58035 for a sawmill that will work with chainsaws up to a 24" bar.

There is no minimum thickness on the sawmill guide that you can cut.

The model G1010 will work with the sawmill model G778-24. There is one connector kit with this item. Additional connector kits would be needed if you add multiple rail kits.

This is just the sawmill guide. You would need a portable chainsaw sawmill to connect to the guide. We do not carry a Granberg sawmill to work with a 48 inch chainsaw bar.

A 12' or 14' option is not available, however a 5' option (item #11880) could be added to this to create a 15' guide system.

This is a guide rail system only. The chainsaw mill is sold separately.

For best results you would want a rail long enough to cover the entire first cut length. Trying to move a rail section during the cut could result in an uneven cut which would show through in each additional cut.
