Product Summary

The Concentric 12V DC power unit with solenoid operation is used in applications where control valves are mounted externally away from power units. Flow and pressure to manifolds allow usage in many applications. Return port for returning oil back to tank. Check and relief valve. 9/16in.-18 SAE ports. Items 1076 and 1077 are for double acting cylinders; others are for single acting cylinders.

  1. How does this Haldex 1261096 unit bolt down ?

    Where are the ports for the hyd lines located?

    1. There are two bolt holes on the bottom between the pump and the tank has two tabs at the back side.

      Exit port is on the side which has a special thread.

    1. The power unit is for single acting cylinders. This will be specifically designed for power up/gravity down applications.

  3. is there a pressure relief valve (to limit the pressure for constant operation) or somewhere to add a custom one? Additionally, if the pressure relief valve exists is it adjustable and over what range?

    1. The power unit would have a internal pressure relief valve, set at around2500 PSI, to protect the system, allowing for continuous operation by preventing over pressurization. The pressure relief valve would be adjustable. The range would be about 1000 to 2500 PSI.

  4. How to install hydraulic lines

    1. You would need to first install the appropriate fittings into the A and B or A1 and B1 for dual acting units, then connect the hydraulic hoses to the ports and the corresponding cylinder connections, ensuring the proper torque for the fittings.

    1. The pump will only produce oil flow/pressure. Lift capacity is determined by the cylinder or the device powering the power unit.

  6. How do you manually release the pressure. . it goes up but not down

    1. You would need to energize the solenoid coil with 12 volts on the spade connectors below to open the valve to release the pressure.

  7. What amp fuse is required for protection?

    1. This unit is not capable of running continuously so a fuse would not protect the unit if it is operating for an extended period of time. The maximum rated current for this unit is 250 amps.

  10. which plugged port returns directly to tank?

    the two return ports ("return" and "aux return") are plugged, and the hydraulic schematic shows one returning directly to tank and one returning to the outlet line, thus to tank via the solenoid valve. I need to know which one returns directly to tank.
