This self-contained BravePro® Hydraulic Power Pack with Honda GX Series Commercial Engine is compact and offers portable hydraulic power for remotely powering hydraulic equipment. The unit can be mounted into equipment as a primary hydraulic power source. Applications include agriculture, construction, trades, lifting, jacking, equipment repair, fabrication work, and a variety of other attachments and implements to save tractor time and reduce fuel cost. Note: This Hydraulic Power Pack is designed to work in an open center hydraulic system. The pump provided is a fixed displacement gear pump that will deliver flow whenever the engine is running. Not intended to be plumbed into a closed center hydraulic system.

  7. We have a height restiction where we plan to mount this HPU, and the fuel tank adds significantly to the height of the unit. If we were to remove the tank, can the Honda motor draw fuel from a tank located below the level of the HPU? Thanks.

    1. You can hook into a remote tank however it cannot be more than 20 inches above or below the carburetor float bowl.

    1. The recommended valve kit model 1158287 (item 108334) is a 3 position 4 way directional control valve with integral relief valve.

  10. is this an open center hyd system or closed hyd system?

    1. This hydraulic power pack does not have a directional valve installed. This can power pack can be hooked up to a closed, open, or tandem center hydraulic system.
