Can this pump be mounted vertically?

Yes, but rain will leak into the top of the motor if not protected

This unit can be mounted vertically. Please install a 90 degree elbow on the fill tube to keep the filler/breather cap horizontal when the unit is mounted vertically. Also If the unit is mounted vertically, the usable oil capacity of the reservoir decreases.

How much weight will this lift and what is the travel?
-
RockwellFabrications· 15 years ago
It is a pump, it has a 3 qt reservoir. It will not lift anything without being connected to a hydraulic system.

ProductExpert13· 15 years ago
This unit will not lift or provide any travel on its own. The purpose of this power unit is to supply fluid power to a hydraulic device such as a cylinder. When used with a cylinder, the lift capacity and travel will be dependent on the cylinder that it is used with.

What style fitting goes with this pump? Is it the o-ring style? Nothing is stated other than 9/16". It would be helpful if you linked it to a variety of fittings.

ProductExpert7· 3 years ago
It will need to be used with a 9/16" o-ring male fitting. We currently do not offer that size o-ring fitting.
