  5. Can this safely be run in reverse, provided that we connect it to a reversing solenoid?

    1. This unit is not capable of running in the reverse direction. Running it in reverse would cause the shaft seal to burst and/or leak.

    1. The solenoid controls the valving on the power unit allowing the unit to be controlled by a remote mounted switch.
