Product Summary

Handles a wide variety of industrial applications. All models have 1725 RPM TEFC (totally enclosed, fan-cooled) motors, check valve, adjustable relief valve and 3000 PSI pressure gauge. High-strength cast iron housing. DU® bearings. Filler screen, sight gauge and flexible coupling. Hardened and ground alloy steel gears and shafts. Pressure-balanced pumps provide up to 90% overall efficiency. Ideal for systems using low-viscosity fluids in high temps and high duty cycle applications. Pressure-balanced pump provides high speed positioning and then maximum working pressure as in clamping, crimping and metal-forming machines. Does not include manifold or interface.

  4. Is there a port for a solenoid valve? If so what thread/pitch is it?

    It would appear there is another plug in the manifold next to the check valve. I would assume this is a port for a solenoid valve to be installed? If so, what size is the port?

    1. The block only has the P( pump) & T (tank) provisions. A manifold would be required based on the application. The unit uses 9/16-18 SAE inlet and outlet ports.

  5. Can the output pressure be controlled by the motor or separate valve system is used?

    1. The output pressure for this Haldex AC Hydraulic Power System can be adjusted by an adjustable relieve valve than comes installed on the unit.

  6. What is the power requirement for this (e.g. 240V 50Amps)?

    I am not familiar with the power requirement spec showing 230V/460V.

    1. The Hydraulic power system requires 240 volt 3 phase or 460 volt 3 phase. It can be wired by a qualified electrician to operate using one or the other voltage.

    1. There is a 40 micron inlet filter located on top of the breather cap and an outlet can strainer inside the reservoir on the bottom.
