    1. The steel box section has a depth of 6". This item will fit into 21" width by 21" height openings.

    1. This could be installed with the louvers facing into the spray booth to supply air. It is not recommended to leave the fan motor exposed to the elements if the exterior of the spray booth is outside.

  7. 1) What material are the actual blades of the fan made of?

    2) Is there any written material shipped with the fan that addresses either its design for exhausting hazardous atmospheres, or its use for hazardous locations, or any similar phrasing? Also any ratings for Class 1, Div 1, Gr D, etc? I need a fan for a spray room, exhausting lacquer overspray. This model looks to be an appropriate design for such use judging by the cfm rating, explosion proof motor, louvers, etc, but I need above documentation according to our county electrical code inspector.

    1. The blades are aluminum. The fan will include a manual with it. The information as to the hazardous atmospheres and uses and class ratings is listed on the manufacturers website.
