Product Summary

The Vogelzang VG1120-BL is a beautiful airtight plate steel wood burning stove with a charcoal black finish. A heavy cast iron door with air washed ceramic glass allows a magnificent view of the burning fire that will enhance any hearth setting. This wood stove has 68,000 BTUs that can heat up to 1,200 square feet. The Vogelzang VG1120-BL burns logs up to 18in. in length on sturdy steel legs. Here`s how it works: the primary air inlet at the front of the stove ignites the wood upon start up. Once burning, the secondary air inlet at the rear of the firebox feeds air to the top of the stove through three (3) ignition tubes directly above the wood. The result is that you have ignition, or fire, at the bottom and at the top of the wood stove which burns up all the usable energy in the wood and turns it into heat for your home. This is a very efficient method of getting the most energy possible out of the wood that you are burning. The VG1120-BL model replaces the previous Vogelzang models TR001, TR001B, TR001WS and APS1100 wood stoves.This stove is also equipped with a whisper quiet 100 CFM circulatory blower boosting the heat output.

    2. While our engineering team completes the design and testing of all of our products here in South Pittsburg, TN, the manufacturing process takes place as a number of facilities in different locations. This particular model is assembled at our manufacturing facility in China.

    1. The clearances listed in the manual are the clearances that have been tested with the stove. If you are wanting to reduce clearances you would need to contact your local codes office.
