Product Summary

The Drolet High-Efficiency 1800 Trio Fireplace Wood Insert lets you upgrade your costly inefficient masonry fireplace. This large 77.2% efficient 75,000 BTU wood insert has stainless steel secondary combustion tubes and a C-cast baffle that are clean-burning and EPA-certified. This unit produces almost twice the heat of a non-certified insert with the same amount of wood. The 2.4 cu. ft. firebrick-lined firebox is recommended to heat 500-2100 sq. ft., holds 20in. logs and provides a burn time up to 7-9 hours long. Built-in air-wash system keeps ceramic glass clean enabling monitoring and enjoyment of the fire.

    1. The liner included with this fireplace insert is made by Vortex. This heavy duty flexible liner meets the requirements of the NFPA 211, UL 1777, ULC S635 and CAN/ULC S640 Standards. It would be as good a quality as the Duravent brand liner.
