  1. Can this pump continue to siphon, once it is flowing, (by leaving lever all the way down?). If not, can you recommend one that will pump and siphon,

    1. The Vestil Manual Drum and Pail Pump is not capable of siphoning continuously when the handle is all the way down. We do not offer a manual pump option that is capable of siphoning by pumping until the liquid is flowing and then leaving the lever down. We do offer many different AC and DC pumps that would be capable of siphoning and maintaining a siphon once it is flowing, see below for product details.

  2. Will this work wiht Gasoline?

    1. This pump is designed for pumping liquids from 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails. These are not approved containers for the storage and dispensing of gasoline. Since all it takes is a spark to ignite gasoline, this item is probably not safe for use with gasoline.
