  2. Does the handle pivot towards floor if in the way ? What is clearance under unit , so when engine crane is used can it go under it if needed?

    1. The handle does not pivot out of the way, it is bolted on. The clearance under the cart is 8".

    how fast does the lift raise and lower with say 400 lbs on it?

    1. This Vestil scissor cart has an air raise time of 20 seconds without a load and 31 seconds with a load. This will lower in 8 seconds without a load and 5 seconds with a load. With a half load it takes 62 pumps to raise this cart.

    1. This scissor cart is not designed to be used with the casters removed. The lowest usable height is 15-3/4".

    1. The Vestil Scissor cart will raise to full height in 51 seconds unloaded, 70 seconds when loaded. Lowering time would be 38 seconds unloaded, 13 seconds loaded.
