  2. Does the handle pivot towards floor if in the way ? What is clearance under unit , so when engine crane is used can it go under it if needed?

    1. The handle does not pivot out of the way, it is bolted on. The clearance under the cart is 8".

    1. This Vestil scissor cart has an air raise time of 20 seconds without a load and 31 seconds with a load. This will lower in 8 seconds without a load and 5 seconds with a load. With a half load it takes 62 pumps to raise this cart.

    1. This scissor cart is not designed to be used with the casters removed. The lowest usable height is 15-3/4".
