The safety lock is automatic. Rubber spacer blocks are included. Item too large for lift gate. Requires forklift on site for unloading. This item is delivered by LTL enclosed van carriers Monday--Friday. A forklift is required to offload the lift from a dock-height trailer.

    1. You would need to be sure to lubricate the pivot points periodically on the lift and inspect it to be sure everything is working properly before each use/
