The BendPak Portable Low-Rise Car Lift turns a parking space into a service bay! Dropped crossbar for extra drive-over clearance. Handsfree automatic safety system locks the lift at three different heights. 1 HP electric/hydraulic power unit requires 110/220V, 50/60 Hz. Convenient rubber lift blocks are included for added versatility and to minimize damage to vehicle undercarriage. Four durable rubber lift blocks included with each set. Accommodates low ground clearance vehicles. Extra lift gate fee may apply.Item too large for lift gate. Requires forklift on site for unloading. This item is delivered by flatbed truck Monday-Friday with 24 hours advance notice. A forklift is required to offload the lift from a dock-height flatbed trailer.

  1. What is the difference between LR-60P and LR-60 models?

    Also, what does "portable" necessarily mean, as in what are the benefits?

    1. LR-60P is portable, has wheels and handle with a wheel. The LR-60 has to be bolted to floor.

    2. The difference is that the LR-60(item 14466) is a permanent model, it must be anchored to the floor. Model LR-60P(item 144716) is equipped with flip down wheel assemblies and a tow handle allowing the lift to be moved from one area of the shop or garage to another, no permanent anchoring required.

  2. What is the distance of the opening between the two lift platforms?

    1. There is about 36" between the platforms, which are 18" wide.

  4. Since shipping is 875 lbs and the is “portable”, what is the maximum weight I would need to handle when moving this lift (piece by piece)?

    1. This lift does not come apart for transport. It is portable in that it is able to be moved around the work space using the included caster wheels and lift arm. On the ramp end there is two fixed caster wheels that make contact with the ground when the moving handle is used. On the opposite end is a spot for a lever and handle that will raise it up and rest it on a third caster wheel which will allow the use of the handle to move the lift around.

  5. Can you lift a car backwards from picture

    I want to use this lift for oil changes but the way it is shown in the picture would interfere with the bucket. The back side of the lift would work. Would there be a problem lifting cars backwards?

    1. Per the manufacturer there would not be a problem with having the car on the lift backwards.
