  1. What is diameter of the upper circular plate? Is it easy to replace with a custom made plate?

    1. The size of the upper circular plate is 138mm. Under the circular plate is a circle of sliding steel balls. The plate is easy to replace by removing the middle bolt.

  2. I'm wanting to move a 50' stick of steel pipe on two of these skates on each end, 4 total. Since I'll be using two on each end, I was thinking of welding a steel plate with a saddle to connect both skates. Are these skates weldable? Thank you,

    1. It is not recommended to weld these together. Doing so would also void the warranty.

    I would like to know if you think these would roll in semi rough pavement and or concrete? Like a street or parking lot that is not completely smooth. No potholes or anything like that.

    1. The mover would have a difficult time with a rough terrain. It works best on flat surfaces such as concrete as small rocks may stop the wheels form moving forward easily.
