Product Summary

The Santa Barbara Chili Roaster CRBBQ-CR is a propane-powered rotating chili roaster equipped with five burners for fast, even roasting. Its detachable 25.5in. by 12in. roasting drum features food-grade stainless steel mesh with a nonstick Teflon coating. A sturdy black powder-coated steel frame supports the drum, while an easy-to-operate drum door provides convenient access for loading and unloading. Five evenly spaced burners help distribute heat across the roasting drum for consistent roasting and blistering of chiles, corn, and other vegetables. Capable of roasting up to 20 pounds of chiles or two dozen ears of corn in approximately 6–12 minutes, it is well suited for large-batch roasting. **Gas regulator not included.**
