    1. Yes, Model #EC-40/S B2 can be purchased with a surface mount option. The B2 designation refers to the in-ground mount for this model, but it can also be ordered with a surface mount post (B3) sold from the manufacturer direct.

  2. What are the dimensions of the grill in inches. Width/length/height?

    1. The overall dimensions of the grill would be 50" L x 26" W x 53" H. The cooking surface is 28" L x 18" W.

    1. Northern Tool does not carry the warming basket. The warming basket model ECB-40 can be purchased from the manufacturer directly.

    1. The lid on this grill will close tightly enough to not allow air flow in.

  6. How long is the mounting pipe; i.e. how far does it go in the ground?  Should the hole be filled with concrete to make it secure?

    1. The pipe is 40" long. You would put 14" in the ground for mounting and it would be recommended to fill with concrete.

  7. Which is the most secure base for this model i.e. for hurricane winds. Pilot Rock web site mentions 5 options.
