This RDS Fuel Transfer Tank/Toolbox Combo with 8GPM GPI EZ-8 Transfer Pump is designed for transferring diesel fuel, gasoline or aviation fuel from the bed of a pickup to automobiles, heavy equipment, boats, 4-wheelers, generators, or anything else requiring fuel that you may have. Enjoy the convenience of a gas station that goes where you go. A 12V GPI transfer pump is included and installed. A toolbox is also built in for extra storage. DOT approved aluminum fuel tanks do not rust, which protects fuel from contamination. This tank can also be used as a diesel auxiliary tank when used in conjunction with the optional Diesel Install Kit (sold separately). It is the user's responsibility to comply with local, state and federal requirements pertaining to safe transportation, loading and discharging tank contents.

    1. The fuel tank toolbox combo would include the wiring to hook up the pump. It does not come with a switch to mount in the truck.

    1. The electric leads for the pump are shipped with the tank. They do need to be spliced in to the connectors, which are already installed. Step by step instructions are included with the tank.

    1. The depth of the area where the pump is located is only 10" high. You can add an inline filter, if you can find one small enough to fit in the space.

  8. What is the best way to secure this into the truck?

    1. This truck box has 5 mounting tabs on it, one on each side and one in the back center. To secure it onto your truck bed you will drill a hole into your truck bed at each tab then bolt it down.
