    1. I have it on a 5hp honda and it works great!! any less may be torque issues.

    2. This Powerhorse Pressure Washer Pump requires a 208cc engine to get the rated 2.5 gpm, 3000 psi. Minimum requirement for this pump is 160 cc. It requires 3/4" diameter shaft. There is not a horse power rating.

    1. This Powerhorse Pressure Washer Pump is designed to fit most engines that have a 3/4" shaft. This pump has four slotted holes to fit more than one bolt pattern. To determine a bolt pattern on an engine, measure for the center of one of the bolt holes to the center of the shaft. This number doubled is the bolt hole circle pattern.

    1. No, this Powerhorse pressure washer pump requires a 7 horsepower engine or larger to operate properly.

      In order to determine if a pump will fit your pressure washer you will need to match the horsepower rating, shaft size, and mounting bolt pattern.

  8. bolt hole pattern and shaft depth?

    I have a campbell Hausfeld GX series with a Honda 5hp motor, it has an adapter plate bolted to motor for a 4-1/8" bolt hole pattern or a 2-1/4" hole pattern but if I take off the adapter plate it makes the shaft another 1/4 longer. Can you give me shaft depth and bolt hole pattern measurements?

    1. This pump is designed to be used on a horizontal shaft engine. Most vertical 3.5 horsepower engines have a 7/8" shaft. Please re-verify the shaft dimensions before ordering. We offer a pump that is made to be used on a vertical engine with a 7/8" shaft. See link below for more details.
