  4. Can you run this off a stock tank as a water source? In stead of a garden hose?

    1. This pump can be gravity fed from a stock tank as long as it can produce a flow rate at least 20% higher than the pump's output rate. If the flow rate does not meet or exceed the 20% higher rate, it could cause damage to the pump such as cavitation.
