    1. The pressure washer will have an unloader valve. It is not recommended to alter the unloader valve's maximum pressure. Excess pressure can cause serious injury to the user and damage the machine. Any alteration other than turning the adjustment knob will void the manufacturer warranty.

  5. How was the 4400 psi determined? Is that working load? Instantaneous load? Max load? What is the working load psi variables with the different nozzles?

    1. The 4400 PSI pressure rating represents the maximum pressure measured directly at the pump head, before the unloader, under ideal conditions. All included nozzles have the same orifice size, so the pressure (PSI) remains consistent across them; they simply produce different spray angles. This pressure washer comes with 15°, 25°, and 40° fan-pattern nozzles.

  8. What size (and thread) is the female port for the downstream injector? I removed the injector to fix the spring/ball, and I misplaced the injector. I would like to just plug it off.

    1. The chemical injector is not a standard NPT thread. It is not recommended to install a plug. The replacement injector kit is part number 806171.
