  1. does the compressor shut off when it reaches pressure or does it continue to run and just relieve the excess pressure?

    1. It automatically shuts off when it reaches pressure and when pressure drops below a certain level (I don't recall what that level is) it turns on and runs back up to pressure.

    2. Shuts off at 100psi. Starts when pressure about 75psi.

  2. does it have a dryer, so no moisture is blown into my machines?

    1. No. I would recommend using an in-line compressed air dryer, especially if you're doing anything paint-related!

  4. Funny no one has asked this question; what does reconditioned mean and does it have a warranty?

    1. reconditioned means it has basically been checked over my the manufacturer and components that needed replaced were replaced and yes it does have a warranty

    1. This compressor is designed to use 1/4 inch diameter hose and hose fittings. Northern does carry hoses that will fit. See items listed below.
