  1. can this scale be left in the ally or does it need to be put after when not being used

    1. The scale platform is sturdy enough to remain in the alley; however, the digital display and wiring need protection from rain and extreme weather. If the alley is not covered, it's advisable to either move the scale when it's not in use or cover it with a tarp to prevent damage. Keeping the electronics dry will help prolong the lifespan of the system and prevent warranty issues.

    1. The Optima Scale model OP-929 will have AC/DC power with a built in rechargeable battery. The battery will last up to 100 hours per charge.
