Product Summary

This Optima Scale U-Shaped Floor Scale's unique design allows weighing a standard pallet load only with a standard pallet jack. At 2.2in.H, the scale has one of the lowest profiles of its kind in the industry. With a 5000-lb. capacity and reinforced channel structure, it is also one of the most durable of its kind. Compared to the conventional floor scale that normally requires either a forklift or a ramp to access, this super low profile U-shaped scale makes it extremely quick and easy to weigh heavy loads on a large variety of pallets, skids and totes. Integral wheels and carrying handles allow easy transport. This unit is fully protected from forklifts and rough handling. Self-aligning level feet provide stability. The 0.9in.H bright LCD indicator is backlit. The rechargeable battery runs for 60 hours, and the 20ft. quick connecting cables to the indicator are shielded with stainless steel mesh. The internal load cell IP67 wiring provides extra protection. Portable and easy to carry around, this unit is all enclosed for protection against water and rodents, and can be placed against the wall to save space. Mild steel construction is finished with powder-coat. Installation is efficient. Maintenance is low. Outer dimensions are 46in.L x 50in.W x 2.2in.H outer dimensions. Inner dimensions are 34in.L x 44in.W x 2.2in.H.
