Product Summary

This Optima Scale Industrial Floor Scale is designed for food, chemical and other heavy wash-down or harsh industrial environments. This unit is fully protected from forklifts and rough handling. Not only does this scale provide high accuracy and repeatability under continuous heavy industrial usage, but it also prevents ingress of moisture, food and other kinds of foreign matter with its hermetically sealed load cells. This unit features stainless steel 304 construction and a smooth top with 200% overload protection. The 0.9in.H LDC indicator shows gross, tare and net conversion units in lbs./ozs. or kgs and includes a 20ft.L cord with a metal shield. Stainless steel swivel footings provide flexibility and accommodate weighing on uneven surfaces. The junction box features side access and internal wiring with protection.

    1. The OP‑916NN‑4X4‑10K does not have a 4–20 mA output. The manufacturer confirmed that to add analog capability, the separate T900A/O module is required. This module can be purchased directly from the manufacturer.

    1. The height of the scale is 4.2 inches. It is not recommended to store the scale on its side against the wall. It is recommended to store the scale on a stable and level surface.

    1. Turn indicator off. Then press and hold the hold button and unit key simultaneously while the indicator is turning on (do this while the indicator is counting down). The display will show CAL kg meaning it is in kilograms. Press unit if want to change the unit to lb. (pounds). The display will change to CAL lb. Press hold to confirm the unit choice. The display will most likely show F5 5 meaning the maximum capacity is 200 kg. Press unit to change capacity range to the scales capacity. Additional instructions and calibration tables are listed in the manual.

    1. You will need a ramp to attach to the floor scale for the pallet jack to go on. It will depend on the pallet jack and ramp slope to determine if it will be able to get on the scale or not.
