This NorthStar Trailer-Mounted Hot Water Pressure Washer with self-contained 200-gallon water tank delivers hot water washing anywhere! Perfect for remote jobsites with no electricity or running water. Honda GX630 V-Twin engine powers CAT pump to deliver hot water at 4,000 PSI for effective cleaning. Horizontal shaft engine is engineered for long life. CAT direct drive pump has brass manifold and ceramic plungers. Coil assembly is fully encased in a custom-molded ceramic fiber refractory combustion chamber with low-thermal conductivity and resistance to thermal shock. Parker Hannifin Racor fuel filter and water separator prevents burner ignition problems. Diagnostic lights signal operation of key components. Rear hose entry spray gun with split lance keeps the hose out of the way for easy handling. Some assembly required. Note: color of outer burner wrap is now black, not silver.

  1. how do you lower the pressure, by lowering motor rpms, nozzles or is their an adjustment on this unit somewhere, thx...

    1. Never adjust the unloader without having pressure gauges attached to your wand, so you can determine exactly what pressure your adjusting to, if not you could have a failure causing serious bodily injury or even death.

    2. You can adjust the pressure on this NorthStar Pressure Washer by tightening or loosening the unloader valve found on the pump. You can also adjust by using different nozzle with a wider spray pattern for lower pressure, or narrower for higher pressure. The pump is designed to run only when the engine RPM at full throttle, and should never be run at lower RPM.

    3. Typically by the red knob on the side of the pump but lowering the motor rpms will decrease the pressure. I would not recommend this procedure to operate.

  2. is trailer highway rated & can be taged?

    1. This NorthStar hot water pressure washer and trailer is highway rated. We will send out separately a certificate of origin that can be used to get tags if your state requires them.

    2. Yes it is. Around two weeks after purchase a title arrives in the mail ready to be taken to the courthouse to get your tag!

  4. How is this item packed for shipping?

    1. The washer/trailer is shipped via freight. It comes with a light weight steel frame around the entire unit with the trailer tongue and tool box unattached. It took me about 45 minutes to an hour to unpack and assemble (using air tools)

      You will need a raised loading dock and forklift (with 48") forks to unload.

  5. How long does it take for this unit to heat the water to at least 180 F?

    1. As soon as the water goes through the heater it is heated. I would say around 8 seconds to travel through the hose to the gun!

    2. This NorthStar Hot Water Pressure Washer will have the water heated to 210 degrees in a matter of seconds. You may, when you first turn it on have some cold water, but almost instantaneously you will have water at 210 degrees.

    1. you should not have to change the pump if you open the unloader all the way

    2. With a hot pressure washer your cleaning efficiency is much higher than with a cold water unit. Also, most surface cleaners cannot handle the higher temperatures. The pump GPM cannot be altered.

    how long can you wash befor the water runs out on that 200 gallon tank

    1. This pressure washer provides 4 gallons per minute at 4000 psi. So if you were running at full pressure, you would have approximately 50 minutes of continuous washing on one full tank of water. It is possible to hook this unit up to a hose from an external water source for unlimited continuous use.

    2. The pump on the pressure washer is a 4 GPM pump so:

      200 Gallons divided by 4 Gallons Per Minute (200/4) = 50 Minutes.

      50 minutes of spraying time.
