    1. This unit will filter slurry from cutting granite or quartz enough to recycle the water; however, the water will not be safe to drink. Also, the media filter may need to be changed quite often when used for this application. These filters are designed for OSHA and pollution compliance. The user would be responsible for contacting the agency in his/her area to determine compliance.
