  1. Do we need a tire attached to the fence to be added to a 6 ft height, 10 ft length vinyl reinforced if we are using the attached Gate opener

    1. This would not require a gate wheel be attached.

  2. What causes the gate to open from the inside when leaving?  Is the remote required to enter and exit?  Also, can the gate be set to latch open?

    1. The gate has to be activated by a remote, or with the additional keypad item 89696. You could also add the underground sensor item 34669, this is typically used to exit the property without needing to use a remote or keypad. There is no setting for the gate to be latched open, this would have to be done manually.

  3. Why does it beep 3 times in a row and continue beeping

    1. When the gate opener keeps beeping, you would want to check that the white and green wires are secured properly, or it could be an issue with the arm.

  4. Does it have to be connected to wifi? Or is that only if you use the app? I only plan on using the remote.

    1. The gate does not need to use the app to operate.

  5. Does this have to be hooked up to Solar or will it charge battery by 110 v AC 20 amp line?

    1. The unit can be used with some solar options. The product includes a control box that can work with that application. It can be used with up to 1,000' of low voltage wire. It would be best to consult the manufacturer for installation assistance.
