Product Summary

The Automatic Gate Lock provides peace of mind and added security for your gate. It unlocks and locks automatically as the gate is activated to open and close. Wired directly to the gate opener's control box, it is activated by any one of the many GTO/Mighty Mule Access Controls, including the Entry Transmitter, the Gate Opening Sensor, the Digital Keypad or the Push Button Control. The automatic gate lock provides maximum stability and security on Mighty Mule gate openers, and is highly recommended for animal enclosures, high wind areas, and gates over 8ft. long.

  4. Will the gate swing open if unlocked with a key -- say, even w/o a wireless transmitter?

    I would like to get the gate opener with remote transmitters (i.e., without the keypad), but I am worried about what will happen if UPS has a package for us, or if the yard maintenance guys come by to mow when we aren't home, etc.

    1. This Mighty Mule Automatic Gate Lock can be used with a key to manually open without use of wireless transmitter. This lock comes with two keys.
