The Metaltech 6ft. Trapdoor Baker Scaffold allows you to climb through a platform and keep your weight in the center of the unit for safer climbing. This scaffold will conveniently fit through standard door openings to move from room to room. Multiple scaffolding units can be stacked when using the optional outriggers and guardrail system for stability. This Baker is for both interior and exterior use and rated at a generous capacity of 1000 lbs. It includes four 5in. heavy-duty, double-locking casters for easy mobility and stability in place. One person can easily assemble and adjust the platform heights in 2in. increments from 27-73in.with the double-prong, spring-loaded locking mechanism. Each end can adjust separately to be used on either level surfaces or stairways.
