  1. Use with Outriggers?

    I am using the I-CISC scaffold, 2 units stacked, and utilizing the 24" outriggers. I need to level this setup due to uneven flooring. WIth the outriggers in use, does this require the use of *8* leveling jacks (on scaffold legs and outriggers?

    What is the manufacturer's recommended setup for leveling with 2 stacked units and 24" outriggers?

    1. If the floor slopes to one side you can get by with using four on the downhill side but that is a pretty good slope. I would purchase another set and replace all of the casters with leveling jacks.

    2. The only recommended method to level the two stacked baker scaffolding unit when flooring is uneven, is to use the leveling jacks either with or without the outriggers. The manufacturer offers the users choice on this application.

  2. Can you tell me how the theread count is measured and give me that spec?

    1. The thread used on these leveling jacks is 1.25"-5. This means there are five threads per inch of threaded length.

  6. Can holes be drilled through the adjuster "wings" so it can be bolted to wood? My intended use is to level a lightweight wood frame.

    1. Modifications should not be made to this product. These should only be used with scaffolding models
      1-CISC, I-CISCTP, I-CAISC, I-CISCPY and I-BMSS.

    I have I-CISC item # 405930 baker style scaffolding. Description says it works with I-CISCTP.

    I do not know what the difference is between I-CISC and I-CISCTP

    Will the leveling jacks work with I-CISC?

    1. These jacks will work with any baker style scaffolding from Metaltech, the I-CISCTP model has a trap door/opening in the platform.
