  1. Does this tray work on the guard rail?

    1. It does not unfortunately.

    2. No. It only works on the ends of the scaffold. The guardrail for my Baker- Style scaffold is too flexible for this tooltray. It is only designed to securely snap on to the end rungs of the scaffold.

    3. This tray cannot work on the guardrail. It instead installs between rungs of any 6' Baker type utility scaffold and can be installed towards the inside or the outside of the rung.

    4. Hi Tagman, thank you for your question. The tool tray installs between rungs of any 6' Baker type utility scaffold. It can be installed towards the inside or the outside of the rung. It does not install in or onto the guardrail system.

  2. Will the shelf withstand sub zero temps since its plastic?

    1. Yes, this thing is TOUGH! I use mine out in my shop all the time in below zero conditions.

    2. This unit is a very solid product and may function in very cold temperatures but it is designed with the scaffold to be used indoors.

    1. This model is just the tool tray that fits onto the scaffolding. The overall height of the tray is 2 3/4in.

    1. This is just for the tool tray for the Baker-Style scaffolding. For the single scaffold, item 405930, the highest the platform can be set at is 6 feel.

  7. Will this tray still easily attach when the guard/safety rails are installed

    Seen a review that stated displeasure concerning this tray being useless when the guard/safety rails are installed since there's not room for it to attach when guard/safety rails are on.

    1. This item is only designed to attach to the ladder ends of the scaffolding. It is not designed to be used with the guard rail set.
