Product Summary

Be a sharpshooter with this Master Manufacturing 40 Gallon Deluxe Spot Sprayer. Featuring a robust Everflo 2.2GPM 12V on-demand diaphragm pump. Keep debris and chemical clumps from entering your pump with the easy to maintain quick attach inline strainer. Keep your hose organized with the hook and loop hose strap that prevents any unwanted damage or dragging. Includes 15ft. of hose to spray gun that gives more flexibility for those hard-to-reach areas. After application use, drain remaining water and chemical with the accessible molded in drain port. Comes standard with 12v wire harness that features on/off switch and alligator clamp connections. UV resistant tank. Backed by a two-year warranty on pump components. Can be used with UTVs and other means of transportation with some modifications. When it comes time to spot spray, un-holster your deluxe spray gun and reach up to 25ft. vertically and 30ft. horizontally from the comfort of your seat. As applications change, quickly adjust the heavy-duty brass nozzle from a steady stream to a wide mist. Deluxe spray gun is field repairable and features a trigger lock to reduce hand fatigue on longer jobs. This spot sprayer is designed to handle high volume isolated spraying applications. Easily tackle weeds, trees, fence lines, livestock, and similar applications.

  1. I need a tow-behind for this. It looks like you make one for the 15/25 gallon versionon, but I can't find a suitable one for my 40 gallon (this product).

  2. Can this be used to spray liquid ice melt ?

    1. This unit can be used with liquid ice melt; however, it is important to flush it once you have finished using it.

  3. Is there bolting points on the bottom? How would you secure the task

    1. There are no bolting patterns on the bottom of the sprayer. You would use ratchet straps to strap it down.

  4. Does the sprayer have a pressure gauge?  I can’t see in picture?

    1. There is not a pressure gauge provided on the sprayer. If you add a boom to the sprayer it would be recommended to add the regulator model 34-140118 and gauge model 1140GXB100 to the sprayer. The regulator and gauge can be purchased through the manufacturer directly.

  5. I would like to use 45% vinegar which is a thicker vicosity to kill weeds would this sprayer be able to handle that ?

    1. This sprayer will pump 45% vinegar to kill weeds, but it must be flushed thoroughly afterward. Residual vinegar can cause damage to the internal parts of the pump head if left in it for too long.

  6. Can i run a longer hose roughly 50ft

    1. The sprayer is designed to be used with the 15 foot hose it comes with to operate effectively with the 70 PSI and 2.2 GPM it is rated for. You can put a longer hose on it but would loose pressure and flow rate.

  7. Can this spray bleach mixture? Or model that can

    1. This sprayer is not recommended with bleach and will void warranty. At this time we do not offer a sprayer that can handle bleach.

  8. Can you use a regular garden hose and watering wand instead of the hose and sprayer it comes with?

    1. The sprayer will come with 15 feet of 3/8" hose and spray gun. It would not attach to a standard garden hose and wand.

  9. Does pump have a bypass circuit for when sprayer is not being used?

    1. The pump does not have a bypass as it doesn’t have a boom assembly. The pump however has a built in pressure switch making it “on demand”, so when you don’t pull the trigger the pump will shut off until you pull the trigger again.

  10. Can a sprayer boom be added to the tank later? or could this be an option?
